Sales Coordinator

Are you an organised, proactive customer service professional who loves keeping customers informed, orders moving and the details under control?

Our client is seeking a capable Sales Coordinator to become an important link between customers, suppliers, sales, warehouse and logistics teams.

This is a hands-on coordination role suited to someone who enjoys a fast-moving workplace, takes ownership of their work and understands that great customer service continues well beyond receiving an order.

The Role

Working as part of a Mining and Industrial team, you will help manage customer orders from processing through to fulfilment, while maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibilities will include:

Coordinating and processing customer orders

Providing high-quality service to internal and external customers

Building and maintaining strong client and supplier relationships

Liaising with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate order preparation and shipment

Keeping customers informed throughout the order and logistics process

Tracking sales, inventory, backorders, expediting and DIFOT reporting

Maintaining accurate spreadsheets, data and administrative records

Supporting the broader team to keep day-to-day processes running smoothly

About You





We're looking for someone who is switched on, personable and exceptionally organised.

You may already be a Sales Coordinator, Customer Service Officer, Internal Sales Assistant, Order Processor or Administrator ready to step into something with greater responsibility.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Experience in customer service, order processing or administration

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word

Strong data-entry and general computer skills

Excellent written and verbal communication

A proactive approach to solving problems

Strong attention to detail and follow-through

The ability to work effectively as part of a team

A genuine can-do attitude

Experience or knowledge of automotive parts, aftermarket parts, industrial equipment or similar product environments would be highly regarded.
