This team leads the commercial and contracting strategy that underpins the successful delivery of APA's major infrastructure and growth projects.

- Drive contract risk assessment and governance, ensuring risks are identified, quantified, and aligned with approved strategy prior to execution
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams (development, legal, engineering, delivery) to shape procurement strategies and commercial outcomes
- Lead a team of commercial and contract specialists, building capability and shaping the next generation of commercial leadership
Your background
- Strong commercial acumen and deal judgement, with a proven ability to structure outcome-focused agreements through an interest-based lens

- Proven track record in negotiating high-value, complex contracts with confidence and credibility
- Strong capability in identifying, analysing and managing commercial and contractual risk across the project lifecycle
