Our Client is hiring a Principal / Senior Project Architect in Brisbane, specifically focused on spearheading and expanding their Seniors Living portfolio through a mix of project delivery and business development.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth &

- Strategy

- Secure Projects: Identify market trends, track pipelines, and win recent work in the Seniors Living/Residential Aged Care sector.

- Networking: Act as a brand ambassador, attend industry events, and maintain relationships with developers, operators, and consultants.

- Bids &
- Tenders: Lead high-quality project proposals, expressions of interest (EOIs), and pitch presentations.

Project Delivery &

- Team Leadership

- Project Management: Independently manage daily project operations, consultant coordination, timelines, budgets, and outputs.

- Mentorship:



Lead and mentor junior staff while maintaining design quality from concept to completion.

What They Are Looking For

- Qualifications: 10 years of experience with a solid track record in Residential Aged Care. Architectural registration in Australia is highly preferred. Health sector experience desirable.

- Business Acumen: Established industry network, client-facing confidence, and a proven ability to win bids.

- Technical &
- Software Skills: Advanced Revit skills, high proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign/Photoshop) for pitch materials, and deep knowledge of the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards.

- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, collaborative, and a strong presenter.
