About the role: Lead procurement for a growing mining operation, based in Port Moresby. You’ll manage and support a team of 5 PNG nationals who currently focus on processing purchase orders. Your job is to take them further. You’ll bring in a current process across purchasing, data analysis and vendor reviews, and drive continuous improvement.
About you:
You’re an experienced procurement professional with hands-on Pronto experience. You might already lead a team, or you might be ready to take the next step up into your first management role. You enjoy developing people, you’re comfortable with data, and you’re always looking to improve how things are done.
