About the role

Industrial Designer responsible for developing and designing technical products, with a focus on surf hardware and sports equipment.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and design fin and technical products using CAD software

- Manage multiple projects and timelines independently

- Work with suppliers, sample development, and production teams

- Collaborate with and guide other designers

- Apply understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and cost structures to product development

About you

- Degree in Industrial Design or a related field

- 5-10+ years' experience in industrial design, surf hardware, or sports equipment development

- Proven expertise in fin design and development, with additional experience in other technical product categories

- Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks)

- Proficiency in Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)

- Competency in Microsoft products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes (injection moulding), materials, and cost structures

- Strong communication and teamwork skills
