We are seeking reliable and hardworking Production Workers to join a busy tyre manufacturing and retreading operation in Salisbury. This is an ongoing opportunity for candidates who are eager to learn and work in a hands-on factory workplace.
No previous experience is essential, although production or factory experience will be highly regarded.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with tyre retreading and refurbishment.
Buff and prepare tyres for processing.
Paint tyres and assist with finishing tasks.
Operate machinery and production equipment.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Follow workplace health and safety procedures.
About You
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Willing to learn new skills and follow instructions.
Able to work effectively in a team and independently.
Previous production or factory experience is an advantage but not essential.
PPE Requirements
High-visibility clothing.
Long pants.
Safety boots.
