Production & Purchasing Coordinator – Print, POS Displays, Marketing Materials

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an organised, energetic and ambitious Production & Procurement Coordinator to join our team.

About the Role

Working closely with our General Manager, Senior Client Services Manager, Production team and Designers, you will play a vital role in bringing marketing campaigns to life.

You will coordinate supplier quotations, production scheduling, purchasing, logistics and project administration while learning all aspects of retail display and print production.

Every day is different, and you'll be involved with projects ranging from supermarket displays and pharmacy campaigns through to packaging, promotional products and large-scale retail activations.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate multiple production and project activities, ensuring jobs progress smoothly from quotation through to delivery.

- Liaise with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm pricing, place orders and manage deadlines.

- Monitor project schedules, follow up outstanding actions and proactively resolve issues.

- Prepare purchase orders, maintain accurate job records and update project management systems.





- Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and logistics partners to ensure projects are delivered on time.

- Assist with inventory, distribution and general operational administration.

- Support continuous improvements to systems, processes and workflow efficiencies.

You'll be working across a diverse range of print, packaging, retail display and marketing projects, with opportunities to develop your knowledge of the industry.

About You

We're looking for a highly organised, motivated and resourceful individual who enjoys managing projects, working with suppliers and making things happen.

You don't need to have worked specifically in print or POS display production. We're equally interested in candidates who have developed strong coordination and operational skills in other industries.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in a project coordination, production, purchasing, operations or supplier management role.

- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities and deadlines in a busy environment.

- Experience liaising with suppliers, obtaining quotations, coordinating orders or tracking project progress.

- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

- Confidence using Excel, Microsoft Office and digital business systems.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.





- The ability to work independently, take ownership and follow tasks through to completion.

- A positive attitude, willingness to learn and genuine interest in developing your career.

Experience in any of the following industries would be advantageous, but is not essential:

- Print, packaging, signage or retail displays

- Marketing, creative agencies or promotional products

- Manufacturing or product sourcing

- Events, exhibitions or retail activations

- Procurement, purchasing or supply chain

- Logistics or distribution

- Other project-based or supplier-focused industries

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who is capable, dependable, quick to learn and confident taking responsibility in a busy, fast-moving business.

If you have strong coordination experience but haven't worked in our industry before, we'd still love to hear from you.
