Based at Outer Harbor, we transport passenger and commercial vehicles for dealerships, auction houses and private clients across Adelaide and surrounding areas. Our diverse fleet ranges from modern tilt trucks and rigid car carriers through to fully enclosed transporters and multi-car semi-trailers, offering plenty of variety and opportunities to develop your skills.

No car-carrying experience? No problem! If you have the right truck licence, a positive attitude and a genuine interest in cars, we’re more than happy to invest in you. We provide hands-on, paid training and ongoing support to help you learn the trade and build a long-term career with us.

The Opportunity

We have opportunities across our varied fleet, with roles suited to different licence classes and experience levels.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

- Transporting vehicles safely to dealerships, auction houses, business premises and private addresses across Adelaide and surrounding areas.
- Loading, unloading and securely restraining vehicles using appropriate ramps, decks and wheel straps.
- Completing detailed vehicle condition inspections before loading and after delivery, identifying and recording any existing damage.




- Operating car-carrying equipment safely and taking pride in the condition of every vehicle.
- Providing professional, friendly service when interacting with customers.
- Completing daily vehicle checks and maintaining accurate delivery and transport records.
- Working independently while remaining part of a supportive, experienced team.

What We’re Looking For We’re looking for people who take pride in their work, care about safety and understand the importance of delivering vehicles in excellent condition.

To be successful, you’ll need:

- A current, valid Australian truck licence appropriate to the position (MR, HR, HC or MC).
- Experience driving manual vehicles
- A professional attitude, reliable work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify scratches, dents and other vehicle damage.
- The physical capability to safely secure vehicles and work on truck decks.
- The ability to pass the required police checks and health clearance.
- A commitment to safe driving practices and excellent customer service.
- A non-smoking approach when handling vehicles to help maintain their clean, fresh condition.

Car-carrying experience is an advantage, but not essential. If you're a capable truck driver who loves cars, takes safety seriously and has a great attitude, we'll provide the training and support to help you learn the job.



MSIC accreditation or a tow truck permit will be highly regarded.

- Location: Energetic Automotive Group, Outer Harbor, Adelaide SA
- Employment type: Permanent full-time
- Working days: Monday to Friday
- Typical hours: 6:30 am – 4:00 pm
- Work type: Local vehicle transport across Adelaide and surrounding areas, with no interstate line-haul.
