We are seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the delivery of a major Workforce Mobility Program, driving significant Human Capital Management (HCM) transformation across a large and complex enterprise setting.

This strategic program aims to modernise workforce mobility and employee lifecycle processes by implementing streamlined workflows, improving workforce management capabilities, and establishing a single source of truth for employee and HR records.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the successful delivery of a large-scale enterprise Workforce Mobility Program.
- Provide strategic leadership across program governance, planning, execution, reporting, risk management, and assurance activities.
- Drive business case development, program roadmaps, delivery planning, and performance monitoring.
- Ensure program outcomes are delivered within agreed scope, budget, quality standards, and timelines.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive stakeholders, business leaders, delivery partners, and vendors.
- Lead complex procurement and vendor management activities.
- Oversee program and project teams, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and delivery priorities.
- Promote continuous improvement and best practice program delivery methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with governance, information security, risk management, and quality standards.

Required Experience





- Proven experience leading large-scale Human Capital Management (HCM) or workforce transformation programs.
- Extensive experience delivering enterprise-wide HR, workforce, payroll, or people systems implementations.
- Strong program governance, financial management, risk management, and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Demonstrated success managing large, complex ICT-enabled business transformation initiatives.
- Experience engaging senior executives, government stakeholders, and external vendors.
- Experience delivering programs within large and complex organisations.
- SAP HCM experience is highly desirable.
