Our client is a global advertising technology platform that helps brands, agencies and holding companies plan, deliver and measure campaigns across channels. They are growing their presence in Australia and are looking for a Sales Manager to join the Sydney team and work closely with clients in market.

The role

This is a hands-on, market-facing role for someone who enjoys getting close to the technology and the client. You will help clients understand the platform and use it well, support and grow relationships with major brands, agencies and holding companies, and contribute to regional strategy.

What you will do

- Guide clients through the technology and help them get the most from it
- Work closely with clients, providing hands-on support and commercial guidance
- Build a clear view of regional account activity, who is doing what and where the opportunities are
- Grow relationships with major brands and holding companies
- Contribute to strategy for the region alongside the wider team
- Stay across the evolving ad tech landscape,



from traditional ad serving through to current developments in social, video and automation

What you bring

- 5+ years of experience in advertising technology or a similar environment
- Agency experience and a strong understanding of social advertising technology
- Working knowledge of the wider ad tech ecosystem, including ad serving, cross-channel advertising and social platforms
- Commercially driven, with the confidence to work directly with clients and identify their real needs
- The ability to explain complex technology simply
- Strong listening, questioning and relationship-building skills
- Genuine curiosity about where the industry is heading, and the drive to keep learning

Nice to have

- Experience with social ad tech, video advertising or creative production
- Exposure to automation and how it is changing campaign management
- Experience working with holding companies and major brands
