About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Project Administrator to support the mobilisation and onboarding of personnel for a major mining project. This is a 12-month contract opportunity where you will play a key role in ensuring employees and contractors are mobilised efficiently, compliantly, and on schedule while working closely with project teams, managers, and stakeholders.

Duties and responsibilities

- Coordinate end-to-end mobilisation of personnel to site

- Ensure all onboarding and compliance documentation is completed and accurate

- Book and monitor pre-employment and site medicals

- Liaise with hiring managers, site teams, and candidates throughout mobilisation

- Track mobilisation progress and maintain workforce records

- Monitor compliance requirements and ensure personnel are site-ready





- Provide administrative support to the project and mobilisation teams

Skills and experience required

- Previous experience in a Project Administrator or Mobilisation Coordinator role

- Experience mobilising personnel within the mining, resources, or construction sectors

- Strong understanding of compliance and onboarding requirements

- Excellent organisational and time management skills

- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

- High attention to detail and able to work in a fast paced workplace
