ConsultANZ is seeking a Project Control Manager to join a top civil engineering and construction company in New Zealand. This role involves working across New Zealand on large and challenging civil engineering projects.

Main Responsibilities

- Prepare progress reports, forecasts, and performance updates

- Work with site teams, engineers, and project managers to achieve project goals

- Manage costs, procurement, contracts, and project controls

- Identify ways to improve project performance and reduce costs

- Manage schedules, risks, and resources on medium to large projects

Requirements

- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in project controls, project management, or planning

- Experience with CANDY CCS software (highly desirable)

- Technical knowledge of bridges, concrete works, piling, or similar structures.

- Good understanding of cost reporting, procurement, and contracts

- Strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills

- Experience in top civil engineering companies or large industrial projects
