Get closer to the action and see how the pieces of a project come together. As a Project Coordinator in Melbourne, you’ll work alongside experienced project and site leaders, contributing to spaces that make a difference for our clients and their communities. It’s a chance to put your building knowledge into practice, broaden your experience and find your stride in a team that works hard and enjoys the journey together.
- Support site safety through inductions, observations, audits, environmental monitoring and incident reporting
- Assist with subcontract negotiations, invoice processing, cost reports and cash flow forecasts
- Help prepare and update construction programmes, coordinate subcontractor work sequences and progress variation approvals
- Maintain project documentation, including requests for information, meeting minutes, subcontract amendments and drawing registers
- Support site setup, prepare dilapidation reports, monitor work quality and assist with defects management and close-out
- Keep project progress and compliance records current in JOBPAC and Procore, and contribute to improvements in project delivery systems
What you’ll bring: You’re someone who wants to understand the why, not just tick off the what. You take pride in a job well done,
