About the Opportunity

Are you an organised, proactive project coordinator who enjoys bringing projects to life? Join Johnson Health Tech Australia and play a key role in coordinating the delivery and installation of commercial fitness equipment projects, ensuring everything runs smoothly from planning through to completion. Working closely with our Sales, Procurement, Supply Chain and Operations teams, you’ll coordinate schedules, manage subcontractor arrangements, monitor project progress and help deliver outstanding customer experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate project schedules, delivery arrangements and installation activities from start to finish.
- Liaise with subcontractors, installation teams and internal stakeholders to ensure projects run efficiently.
- Monitor project timelines, costs and progress, escalating potential risks or delays.
- Ensure delivery and installation activities meet company standards, customer expectations and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation,



schedules, budgets and progress reports.
- Communicate proactively with customers and internal teams to provide timely project updates.
- Support cost control, delivery performance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with post-project reviews to identify opportunities to improve processes and service delivery.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
- Experience in project coordination, project management, logistics or installation operations, ideally within commercial fit-outs, construction or a related industry.
- Solid organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
- Confidence working with Microsoft Excel, project management tools and ERP systems.
- An understanding of subcontractor coordination, delivery scheduling and site safety requirements.
- A customer-focused mindset with a strong commitment to accuracy, quality and deadlines.

A trade, technical or project management qualification will be highly regarded.
