Our client is one of Melbourne’s top performing landscape contractors. They have an incredible pipeline of projects with repeat clients, delivering a range of civil and hardscape projects to $6m. They are now looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their team.
About the role
Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will be given complete autonomy over your project so you will possess the ability to effectively lead a team. With a proven track record in Project delivery, you will have a passion for quality, the ability to manage programs and budget, work under pressure and achieve the highest levels of client satisfaction. Typically, you'll be running 2-3 projects and be well supported by experienced site supervisors.
About you
To be considered for the role,
you’ll ideally have the following:
- Either trade or tertiary qualifications within landscape/ horticulture
- Prior Project Management experience in delivering commercial landscaping projects $2m+
- Strong written and verbal communicational skills
