Melbourne | Change and Project Managers

We’re looking for experienced Project Managers and Change Managers with superannuation experience to join our team in Melbourne and play a key role in delivering technology transformation initiatives for our clients.

This is an prospect to work across complex transformation programs, helping modernise platforms, improve business processes and deliver better experiences for members and employers.

What you’ll be working on

- Technology Transformation: Support the delivery of technology initiatives that improve systems, processes and operational efficiency across the superannuation sector.
- Platform Modernisation: Drive improvements to administration platforms, member communications and business processes, from identifying opportunities through to implementation.
- Business & Technology Alignment: Work closely with business and technology teams to translate requirements into practical solutions and deliver meaningful outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Change Delivery: Engage with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation to manage impacts, support adoption and ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.

What we’re looking for You’ll bring a strong combination of project or change management capability,



superannuation industry knowledge and technology transformation experience, including:

- Proven experience as a Project Manager or Change Manager within the superannuation industry.
- Experience delivering technology transformation, business improvement or platform modernisation initiatives.
- Understanding of superannuation operations, administration platforms and member-focused processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage senior leaders, business SMEs, technology teams and external vendors.
- The ability to navigate complex environments, manage competing priorities and build effective working relationships.
- A pragmatic, hands-on approach, with the ability to turn complex challenges into practical outcomes.
