About The Role

Due to continued growth, we're looking for a Project Manager to join our Perth team. With a strong pipeline of work, particularly within the roads sector, you will play a key role in the client-side delivery of major infrastructure projects across Western Australia. This is an exciting opportunity to work with industry-leading clients, supporting, and leading projects from planning through to delivery while contributing to the development of critical infrastructure that shapes communities.

In this role, you will support the end-to-end delivery of infrastructure projects, contributing across planning, design management, procurement, construction delivery, and project close-out. Working closely with clients, contractors, consultants, government authorities, and internal stakeholders, you will help manage project scope, programme, risk, interfaces, governance, and delivery outcomes to ensure successful project execution.

This position offers exposure to complex infrastructure projects and the opportunity to contribute to projects that deliver lasting value to communities.

About You

- A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- 6-12 years' experience delivering infrastructure or services-heavy projects, ideally across sectors such as roads, energy, water, utilities, or civil infrastructure.

- Experience working client-side in a consultancy environment or delivering projects on behalf of asset owners.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills,



with the ability to coordinate consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary teams.
- A proactive, collaborative team player who takes initiative and can operate effectively in complex, technically driven project environments.
