Metro Steel Fabrication WA is a leader within the Commercial Steel Manufacturing industry with a strong pipeline of work well into 2026/2027.

An opportunity has become available for a Project Manager in our Commercial division.

You will be responsible for the planning, scheduling and managing of Multi-disciplinary fabrication packages. As this role is a dynamic / rapid paced Project Management position you will be required to strategic plan, manage and undertake designated activities with minimal supervision to achieve customer expectations, deadlines and Budgets.

The Role;

- Addressing all customer relations including enquires and collaborating of projects to ensure outstanding quality of service.
- Develop and Issue Fabrication work packs.
- Contract handovers and review.
- Managing project cost against budget of all resources associated with purchasing and quality documentation.
- Expedite and Coordinate with workshop personnel,



logistics team, subcontractors and suppliers.
- Overall management of projects from award to delivery.

To be considered the following candidate must possess

- The ability to work to deadlines.
- Sound knowledge of drawings.
- Strong technical ability & understanding of commercial projects.
- Proven ability to prioritise and to work under pressure to ensure that internal services are efficient to operations.
- Excellent relationship building, problem solving, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
- Intermediate to advanced computer knowledge.
- Relevant experience within the Commercial sector.
- Structural Steel Project experience required.
