You’ll play a key role in:

Bring your project know-how to a team that’s as invested in people as it is in the spaces we create. As a Project Manager in Melbourne, you’ll help turn complex challenges into places that work for our clients and their communities. With experienced leaders beside you and national capability behind you, there’s room to broaden your experience, make your mark and enjoy the team fun along the way.

- Lead secure, profitable and timely project delivery from preconstruction through to completion of the defect's liability period
- Develop construction programmes, negotiate and award trade and services contracts, and coordinate project delivery
- Manage budgets, expenditure, payment claims and monthly cost reporting, identifying contract risks, variations and profit improvement opportunities
- Implement safety, environmental and quality requirements, monitor site performance and ensure defects are closed out
- Chair project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients, consultants and subcontractors
- Mentor and manage project teams, support individual development and maintain accurate project records in JOBPAC and Procore

- A trade qualification or tertiary building degree or diploma, and a current Construction Industry Card
- At least 5 years’ building industry experience, including 2-5 years in commercial construction project management, ideally fitout and refurbishment, with experience on projects valued at $5 million or more
- Strong knowledge of head contracts, subcontracts, project methodology, cost reporting and construction programming
- Experience interpreting drawings and specifications for accuracy and buildability, managing projects to Australian Safety Standards, and leading project teams
- An honest, accountable approach that builds trust with colleagues, clients and subcontractors
- Sound judgement and effective time management, with a commitment to quality and safe working practices
