This South Australian Government department is seeking a highly organised Project Officer to provide project and administrative support within a busy team. Based in the Adelaide CBD, you will play a key role in supporting project delivery and ensuring day-to-day project activities run smoothly.
Your new role
- Coordinating project activities and schedules
- Maintaining project documentation and records
- Preparing reports, correspondence and project updates
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
- Managing document control and records management processes
- Supporting the delivery of project outcomes and objectives
- Providing general administrative support to the project team
This is a temporary part-time opportunity, with work required on Mondays and Fridays. What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in project support or administration roles
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience preparing reports and maintaining documentation
- Robust stakeholder engagement skills
- Proficiency across Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams
- Experience using SharePoint or similar document management systems
- Government experience will be highly regarded
