The Role

We're looking for an experienced Project Scheduler to support the planning, coordination and delivery of complex sustainment and acquisition programs in South Australia. Working closely with product managers, project teams and stakeholders, you'll develop and maintain integrated schedules that give visibility of key activities, milestones, dependencies and risks, so decisions are well informed and projects land successfully.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain detailed schedules with product managers, aligned to program priorities
- Create and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) giving a consolidated view of activities, milestones and dependencies
- Develop high-level forward planning views, including six-month views, to support oversight and resource forecasting
- Analyse schedule performance, identify critical path activities and risks, and recommend actions
- Prepare scheduling reports and analysis for briefings, governance forums and project reviews
- Keep schedule data accurate, current and aligned with governance requirements

Required

- Experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules,



including an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS)
- Experience with critical path analysis, schedule risk and dependency management
- Experience producing schedule reports and analysis for governance forums and project reviews
- Proficiency in industry-standard scheduling software
- Experience supporting complex acquisition or sustainment programs
- Experience working with project controls, scheduling and delivery teams
