We are excited to offer an opportunity for a property lawyer looking to take the next step in their career in the property and development sector. As part of one of South Australia's largest and most respected property practices, you will be working alongside an enthusiastic, collaborative and dynamic group of professionals from Clerk to Partner level.

The successful candidate will have the chance to work on a variety of complex property matters. You will be exposed to high-profile transactions, including large-scale commercial and residential developments, multi-party joint ventures, and complex and large-scale acquisitions, gaining exposure to a diverse range of property matters and clients.

Alongside supportive and respected Partners and senior practitioners who are leaders in their field you will:

- assist with major property transactions, including due diligence, transaction structuring and commercial advice on acquisitions, disposals and leasing.
- draft and negotiate commercial leases across retail, commercial, industrial and mixed-use properties.
- support property development projects from acquisition through completion, including subdivisions, construction contracts, approvals, zoning and regulatory requirements.
- assist with property finance matters, including mortgages, secured lending and complex financing structures.
