The Role

You'll be part of a collaborative Property Management team, working across the key functions of residential property management while delivering a great experience for our landlords and tenants.

What you'll be doing:

- Managing arrears and tenant follow-up.
- Coordinating maintenance, repairs and property improvements.
- Conducting rent reviews and managing lease renewals.
- Completing ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections.
- Managing tenancy matters, including NCAT attendance when required.
- Working closely with your colleagues to deliver a consistent, high-quality client experience.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who knows Property Management, takes ownership of their work and understands the value of being part of a great team.

You'll ideally bring:





- Experience: At least 2 years in residential Property Management.
- People skills: Confident communication and the ability to build excellent relationships.
- Organisation: The ability to manage competing priorities and keep things moving.
- Initiative: A proactive approach, robust attention to detail and a focus on getting things done.
- Team mindset: Someone who enjoys collaborating, supporting colleagues and contributing to shared success.
- Professionalism: Pride in your work and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

You'll also need a current NSW Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence, along with a driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
