Do you see yourself holding space for the entire family?
Who we are
At Discovery Family Therapy, we aim to help individuals and families build understanding, strengthen relationships and access support that fits their lives. We consider each person's physical and emotional wellbeing within their family, culture and wider community, recognising how these connections shape everyday experiences.
Through compassionate care, practical guidance and collaboration, we build on strengths, honour each person's voice and support meaningful change, so people can belong, heal and thrive together.
We see each child and teen within the family and relationships around them. Our work is systemic, whole-person and family-centred. Demand for our services keeps growing, and we're welcoming a psychologist who shares this way of working.
