Are you a passionate Psychologist looking to grow your private practice in a supportive, collaborative and welcoming environment?

At The Patient Approach Cancer & Wellness Centre, we're looking for Child and/or Adult Psychologists to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

We are a purpose-built, 270sqm health and wellness centre located in Cleveland, supporting individuals and families through cancer, chronic illness and life's big moments.

From navigating a cancer diagnosis or managing a chronic health condition to coping with grief, anxiety, trauma, major life transitions or simply needing someone to talk to, we believe everyone deserves compassionate, personalised support.

While oncology and chronic illness are at the heart of our centre, our doors are open to the entire community, whatever stage of life they may be navigating.

What We Offer

✨ Versatile consulting arrangements – AM, PM or full-day sessions available throughout the week.

✨ Room rental / service agreement model – Maintain your independence while enjoying the benefits of being part of a supportive, collaborative multidisciplinary team.

✨ Administration support – We assist with reception, appointment bookings, billing and centre-wide marketing.

✨ Beautiful, fully furnished consulting rooms – A welcoming, professional environment for you and your clients.





✨ Multidisciplinary collaboration – Work alongside physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, dietitians, counsellors and other allied health professionals.

✨ Opportunities to grow – Bring your existing client base, build your private practice through our centre, or combine both.

Who We're Looking For

We would love to connect with psychologists who:

- Work with children, adolescents and/or adults.
- Have an interest or experience in oncology, chronic illness, trauma, grief, life transitions or general mental health.
- Value compassionate, patient-centred care.
- Enjoy being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
- Are looking for flexibility and the opportunity to develop their own practice.

You don't need to specialise in oncology to join us. We welcome psychologists from a range of clinical backgrounds who share our passion for helping people through life's challenges and big moments. Interested in Joining Us?
