We're looking for a Purchasing Officer / Inventory Controller to join our team in Hendra. This is a fast-paced role where you'll play a critical part in keeping materials flowing, inventory accurate, and operations running smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing

- Raising and managing purchase orders.
- Sourcing materials and obtaining supplier quotations.
- Expediting deliveries and managing supplier communications.
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock levels.
- Conducting cycle counts and stock reconciliations.
- Supporting freight coordination and procurement reporting.

What We're Looking For ✅ Previous experience in purchasing, inventory control, stores, or procurement.

✅ Solid computer skills and experience using ERP systems (Business Central highly regarded).

✅ Confidence using Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.





✅ Excellent organisational and communication skills.

✅ Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or parts environments is highly regarded.
