Graduate Purchasing Officer

We are a well-established Australian caravan manufacturer, producing quality caravans for customers who value adventure and the great outdoors. We’re looking for a motivated and organised individual to join our team as a Graduate Purchasing Officer.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who enjoys problem-solving, working with numbers, building relationships and keeping things organised. You’ll gain practical experience across purchasing, supplier management, inventory and supply chain operations, with the opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the business.

What you’ll be doing

- Assisting with purchasing materials, components and supplies required for caravan production.
- Liaising with suppliers to obtain quotes, check pricing and coordinate delivery schedules.
- Monitoring stock levels and helping ensure materials are available when needed.
- Raising and tracking purchase orders and following up on outstanding deliveries.




- Building relationships with suppliers and internal teams, including production and warehouse staff.
- Identifying opportunities to improve purchasing processes, manage costs and streamline operations.
- Maintaining accurate purchasing records and data within our business systems.
- Helping resolve supply issues and finding practical solutions to keep production moving.

What we’re looking for

- A recent university graduate, ideally with a degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business, Commerce or a related discipline.
- A strong willingness to learn and develop a career in purchasing and supply chain.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in working with data and numbers.
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Confident communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships.
- Good computer skills and confidence learning recent systems.
- A proactive attitude, attention to detail and a practical, can-do approach.
