Jayco is seeking a hands-on Quality Assurance & CI Manager to lead quality and drive practical improvements across our Towables manufacturing operations.

With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will identify opportunities, challenge existing processes and lead practical changes that improve production flow, lift productivity and reduce waste and rework.

Working closely with Production, Engineering and Supply Chain, you will turn improvement opportunities into measurable results while leading the Quality team to strengthen product quality and consistency.

About the role

- Lead and deliver continuous improvement initiatives across Towables manufacturing, from identifying opportunities through to implementation and measuring results.

- Review production processes to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies and sources of waste, then work with teams to implement practical solutions.

- Drive measurable improvements in productivity, production flow, defect reduction, rework and cost.

- Use production and quality data to prioritise improvement projects and track their impact.

- Build continuous improvement capability within frontline leaders, helping them take ownership of improvements in their areas.

- Embed improved processes and standard work to ensure changes are sustained.

- Partner with Engineering and Supply Chain to address design and material issues affecting manufacturing performance.

- Lead and develop the Quality Assurance team,



strengthening quality controls and accountability at quality gates.

- Ensure recurring defects are investigated and root causes addressed through effective corrective and preventative actions.

About you

You bring experience delivering continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment. You enjoy working on the factory floor, involving people in solving problems and seeing improvements through to completion.

You will also have

- A demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, productivity, quality and waste reduction.

- Experience applying Lean manufacturing principles and practical continuous improvement tools.

- Strong analytical, root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.

- A sound understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance systems.

- The ability to influence and engage Production teams and frontline leaders.

- Robust coaching and communication skills, with the confidence to challenge existing practices constructively.

- A hands-on approach, clear accountability and a focus on delivering sustainable results.

Experience in caravan, automotive or a similar assembly manufacturing environment would be highly regarded.
