Laurieton United Services Club is seeking a Sous Chef to support the Head Chef in managing day-to-day kitchen operations, uphold high standards of food quality and presentation, and ensure strict hygiene and food safety compliance.

You will lead and supervise the kitchen team, assist with menu development, stock control and ordering, and contribute to kitchen planning while covering service when the Head Chef is unavailable. A rotating roster including nights and weekends is expected.
