The Opportunity

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Quality Support Officer to join our Quality Assurance team on a permanent, full-time basis. This role is ideal for someone who has a keen eye for detail, a passion for process, and wants to grow in the quality and compliance field.

You’ll provide critical support across document control, auditing, training coordination, and archiving, ensuring our systems and processes comply with GLP, GCLP, and ISO17025 standards.

? What You’ll Do In this varied and hands-on role, you'll:

- Administer and maintain the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS), ensuring effective document control, compliance, and record integrity.
- Manage QMS documentation, including formatting, approvals, version control, and archiving of policies, SOPs, and related documents.
- Coordinate and maintain training programs within the eQMS, including onboarding, role-based curricula, and compliance tracking.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure training requirements are current, accurately recorded, and aligned with business needs.
- Provide support for internal and external audits, including preparation of documentation, coordination of audit activities, and administrative assistance to auditors.
- Oversee archiving and records management processes, ensuring secure storage,



accurate inventory control, and timely retrieval of records in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. GLP/GCP).
- Act as a key point of contact for QMS and training-related queries, providing guidance and support to staff.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of quality systems, training frameworks, and administrative processes, and provide general QA team support as required.

?About You We're looking for someone who brings energy, precision, and a drive to learn. You might be a recent graduate, a junior QA professional, or an admin with exposure to scientific or regulated environments. You’ll bring:

- A strong interest in quality systems and regulatory compliance.
- Great attention to detail and the ability to follow procedures.
- Transparent communication and solid writing skills.
- Confidence MS Office (especially Word and Excel).
- Willingness to learn and grow in a quality/regulatory environment.
- A bachelor’s degree in a life sciences field desirable (not essential).
