SHIFTS & PAY RATES
DAY SHIFT – FROM $40 PER HOUR
- Monday to Friday – 6:00am – 2:00pm
AFTERNOON SHIFT – FROM $45 PER HOUR
- Monday to Friday – 2:00pm – 10:00pm

THE ROLE – PUT YOUR FORKLIFT SKILLS TO WORK!
We’re looking for confident High Reach operators who know their way around a warehouse and can maintain speed, accuracy and safety in a high-volume environment.
Your duties will include
- Operating High Reach forklifts safely and efficiently
- High-volume forklift order picking, with targets of up to 150 picks per hour
- Moving, stacking and replenishing palletized stock
- Loading, unloading and relocating pallets throughout the warehouse
- Picking and placing stock at various racking heights
- Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Working towards daily productivity and accuracy KPIs
- Maintaining stock accuracy and following warehouse procedures
- Ensuring safe forklift operation and maintaining a clean, organized work area
- This is a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment, so we’re looking for operators who are confident, efficient, and comfortable working to high productivity targets!
To be successful, you MUST have:
- Current and valid LF Forklift Licence
- Proven, recent High Reach forklift operating experience – ESSENTIAL
- Previous experience in a busy warehouse or distribution centre
- Experience meeting productivity and accuracy KPIs
- Strong understanding of warehouse safety procedures
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A positive, hardworking attitude and willingness to get the job done!
All successful applicants must hold a National Police Check issued within the last 6 months or be willing to obtain one as part of the recruitment process.
