organised and accessible.
- Work with Functional Areas, departments and external stakeholders to gather inputs, confirm requirements, monitor progress and drive the completion of readiness actions.
- Monitor program milestones, operational risks and lessons learned, providing reporting and follow-up support while delivering on-the-day assistance for readiness events and exercises.

Qualifications & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of experience providing administrative, operational or logistical support within a fast-paced team, project or program environment.
- Exceptional organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, competing priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally across a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to build collaborative working relationships, follow up actions and coordinate information across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Strong document management and administrative capabilities, including maintaining accurate trackers, schedules, presentations, reports and shared records.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, with the ability to produce high-quality materials and reporting.
- Proactive, solutions-focused and adaptable mindset, with experience supporting meetings, workshops or events and the judgement to escalate issues when required.
- Flexible and adaptable approach, with the ability to work outside of standard business hours and travel as required.

We offer:
