Receptionist - Mobile Unit

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our Mobile Unit team. This part-time role involves providing medical receptionist support in a mobile setting, assisting patients and staff efficiently while maintaining a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, able to work in various environments, and willing to cross train as a Community Outreach Worker to support our broader community engagement efforts as needed.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage patient check-in and check-out processes for the mobile medical unit.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, maintaining accurate records.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly and courteously.




- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all medical and organizational policies.
- Support mobile unit staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Cross train and assist as a Community Outreach Worker to engage with the community and promote services.

Qualifications & Skills

- Experience as a Medical Receptionist.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work part-time hours and travel to various locations as required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with scheduling software.
