Who are we looking for?

We are expanding our international recruitment team and looking for motivated, results-driven Regional Recruitment Manager / Officer to join us in the following locations:

? China

? Indonesia

? Mexico City, Mexico The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Stanley College's presence in their respective markets, driving student recruitment and enrolment growth, and developing strong, long-term partnerships with education agents and industry stakeholders.

Working closely with education agents, prospective students, educational institutions and industry partners, you will develop and implement targeted recruitment and marketing strategies to strengthen our brand presence and achieve regional enrolment targets.

We are looking for candidates who demonstrate:

· Experience in international student recruitment, preferably within the Australian international education sector.





· An established network of education agents and industry contacts within the relevant region.

· Proven ability to develop and execute successful student recruitments and market development strategies.

· Strong understanding of Australian international student admissions, enrolment process, GS requirements, and student visa framework.

· A proactive, commercially minded and results-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and achieve recruitment targets.

· A bachelor’s degree - preferably in Marketing and/or extensive relevant qualified experience.

· Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region and internationally when required.
