About the Opportunity
Next Level Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor for an opportunity on Brisbane's northside. The main focus of the project is Road repairs and remediation.
The Role
- Coordinate daily activities across a small civil construction team.
- Keep work progressing efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Provide practical direction and support to workers on site.
- Communicate effectively with site personnel and management.
- Maintain straightforward daily records and site documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Solid experience in civil construction - TMR an extra positive.
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Leading Hand.
- Good organisational skills and the ability to think ahead.
- Strong communication skills and a practical approach to solving problems.
- Someone who leads by example and earns the respect of their crew.
- White Card and appropriate construction industry experience.
