Factory Hand - Assembler - Eagle Farm

Your New Role

This is a hands-on production role where you will be picking materials, following job sheets and assembling aluminium and metal products using basic power and pneumatic tools.

You will work alongside an experienced team with continuous supervision and task-specific training provided.

Your day-to-day will include:

- Picking the correct materials for each job
- Reading and following job sheets and work orders
- Completing general product assembly
- Operating drop saws and drills
- Using pneumatic staple guns
- Measuring, positioning and preparing materials
- Completing repetitive manual production tasks
- Checking completed work for accuracy and quality
- Keeping your workstation clean, safe and organised
- Assisting in other production areas when required

What You'll Need

- Previous factory,



assembly or production experience
- Confidence using basic hand and power tools
- Ability to follow written job sheets and instructions
- Valuable attention to detail
- Sufficient literacy and numeracy for production work
- Physical fitness for repetitive tasks and manual handling
- A reliable and consistent approach to work
- Strong awareness of workplace safety
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

A forklift licence is beneficial but is not essential for this position.
Basic PPE, including safety glasses, will be provided.
