About the role
Join Geelong Travel as we are the Number ONE in sales in Australia for Viking, APT, Scenic & Wendy Wu tours. You will join an energetic, fun team where you will travel while you service our amazing client base.
Key responsibilities
- Answering phones
- Greeting clients on arrival
- Liaising with wholesalers to obtain quotations
- Attending to customer's travel requirements
- Arranging itineraries and bookings for customer's travels
- General office administrative tasks
About you
- Excellent attention to detail
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in effectively liaising with clients
- Ability to identify issues and proactively problem solve
- Ability to work independently and deliver on time frames
- Professional presentation and manner
- Previous travel agency experience desired
