Role Opportunity
An chance for an experienced Engineering Manager or a Principal ready to step up to join a growing engineering consultancy delivering mineral processing, materials handling and NPI projects. Working closely with the business owners, you will lead project delivery, resource planning and engineering performance across a projects.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

- 15+ years engineering experience
- Engineering and team leadership background
- Consultancy or EPC experience
- Mineral processing project experience
- Mechanical degree preferred, electrical considered

Duties & Responsibilities

- Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams
- Deliver a range of capital projects
- Manage schedules and project performance
- Forecast resources and recruitment needs
- Ensure quality and delivery compliance
