We are seeking a First Aid and Health Compliance Officer to join our team. This role is the designated provider of first aid services within the school and supports leadership to ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, policies and procedures relating to student health, medication management and record keeping.
This role requires a unique combination of compassion and professionalism, with the ability to provide care, reassurance and support to students while maintaining the highest standards of accuracy, confidentiality and attention to detail. The successful applicant will demonstrate strong organisational skills, effective stakeholder engagement, and a commitment to ensuring that student health information, plans and medications are managed in a manner that enables every student to safely access and participate in all aspects of school life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Demonstrate a calm and caring demeanour when providing First Aid to students and staff.
- Ensure compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and National Regulations relating to student health management.
- Collaborate with leaders, parents and school community in all aspects of student health management.

We are seeking someone who:
- Is highly accomplished and experienced in the provision of first aid
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and understanding of the practical application of National Law and National Regulations relating to all aspects of student health.
- Exhibits professionalism and the ability to manage confidential and complex matters
