ATLAS Recruitment are currently working with an established builder seeking an experienced Site Manager for a high-end residential project near Rozelle.

The project involves the conversion of a heritage-listed warehouse into 6 luxury townhouses, with works now approaching the final fit-out and completion stages.

This is an initial contract opportunity running through Christmas and potentially into January, with the possibility of transitioning into a permanent role for the right candidate.

The Role

- Oversee the final stages of high-end residential fit-out works through to completion.
- Coordinate subcontractors, trades and daily site activities.
- Manage programme, quality control, defects and finishing works.
- Ensure all works are delivered to a high standard,



particularly detailed luxury finishes.
- Work alongside a dedicated Project Manager and Senior Contract Administrator, both based on site.

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager on high-end residential projects.
- Robust background in residential fit-out, finishing trades and project completion.
- Experience working on heritage refurbishments or townhouse developments highly regarded.
- Confident managing subcontractors and driving programmes through to handover.
- Available to commence Monday 26th October.
