Cordium is seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse to join our multidisciplinary general practice team in Spring Hill.
We're looking for a proactive team player who is passionate about delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. An interest in immunisations, chronic disease management, wound care and preventative healthcare will be highly regarded.
New graduates are encouraged to apply, with comprehensive training available for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Administering immunisations and supporting preventative healthcare initiatives.
- Coordinating chronic disease management and care planning.
- Providing wound care and dressing management.
- Assisting General Practitioners with minor surgical procedures.
- Conducting patient triage and clinical assessments.
- Supporting infection prevention, quality improvement and clinical compliance.
- Maintaining clinical stock, supplies and inventory.
About You
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A compassionate, patient-focused approach to healthcare.
- Ability to work collaboratively with GPs and the wider practice team.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Previous general practice experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Valid Australian working rights. Employer visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
