- About the job
Speech Language Pathologist (Part-Time)
Location: Liverpool, NSW (Clinic, School Visits & Telehealth)
Hours: 2–3 days per week (Flexible days)
Commencement: January / February 2027
Apex Speech & Language is a warm, family-run practice dedicated to serving the Liverpool community. We are protective of our team's well-being and believe that exceptional care comes from a well-supported clinician. We prioritize sustainable clinical practice over high-volume pressure: there are zero billing KPIs, realistic daily schedules, full equipment provision, and a dedicated admin team to handle paperwork heavy lifting so you can focus on client outcomes.
Why You’ll Love Working With Us
- Manageable Daily Schedule: Zero billable hour targets or high-pressure KPIs—we maintain a sensible, capped schedule of roughly 6 clients per day to ensure you have protected admin time and space to deliver your best work.
- Autonomous with Full Backing: Enjoy full clinical autonomy to manage your caseload while knowing you have immediate, approachable internal support, case discussions, and guidance whenever you want a sounding board or to bounce ideas around.
- Flexible Delivery Modes: Deliver care through a blend of in-clinic sessions, local school visits, and Telehealth (no home visits).
- Dedicated Admin Support: Our admin team manages client intake, scheduling, onboarding, and billing so your time remains protected.
- Fully Resourced & Open to Requests: All essential assessment kits, therapy tools, clinical resources, and digital tech are provided. If there is a specific evidence-based tool or assessment you need that we don't have, we welcome requests to purchase additional clinical resources for the team.
- Diverse Caseload Options:
Prospect to work across a flexible mix of paediatric and adult clients (or tailor your caseload toward your specific clinical interests).
- Clinical Development: Weekly supervision, case discussions, and an annual professional development allowance.
