THE OPPORTUNITY

As Restaurant Manager, you’ll take ownership of your venue’s front-of-house operation, lead from the floor and create an workplace where exceptional hospitality comes naturally.

Working alongside our wider leadership team, you’ll play a key role in building culture, developing people and delivering the kind of experiences that keep guests coming back.

Depending on your experience and strengths, opportunities are available across:

- Atmos – Contemporary Greek dining, vibrant energy and memorable food-led experiences.

- East Pavilion – A new waterfront dining destination celebrating bold Chinese cooking, premium produce and generous dishes designed to share.

- The Patio – Relaxed coastal hospitality in the heart of the Shoal Bay Country Club precinct.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team during busy lunch and dinner services





- Deliver exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards

- Recruit, train and develop team members

- Manage rosters, labour costs and daily operational performance

- Work closely with kitchen and leadership teams to ensure seamless service execution

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior hospitality leader.

- Proven ability to lead, develop and motivate teams

- Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments

- Strong food and beverage knowledge with confidence discussing wine and menu pairings

- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills

- A hands-on leadership style and a genuine passion for hospitality.
