From delivering polished table service and creating great cocktails to serving up quality coffee and keeping the energy high, we’re looking for people who take pride in what they do and love being part of a great team.

Opportunities are available across:
- Section Waiters – Own your section, deliver attentive table service and create memorable dining experiences.
- Cocktail Bartenders – Bring your cocktail knowledge, confidence and personality to a lively bar environment.
- Café Attendants – Serve quality coffee,
deliver friendly service and keep the café running smoothly.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Deliver friendly, confident and attentive customer service.
- Create a welcoming atmosphere and memorable guest experiences.
- Take orders, serve food and beverages and maintain high service standards.
- Work efficiently with your teammates during busy service periods.
- Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to get involved.
- Help create the kind of atmosphere that keeps guests coming back.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous hospitality experience in a relevant role and a genuine commitment to your craft
- A genuine passion for great food, drinks and customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional, reliable and hands-on approach.
- Flexibility to work across a range of shifts, including weekends and evenings where required.
