Key experience we're looking for:

- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in agile web or digital delivery environments




- Member portal or customer-facing digital platform experience
- Strong capability in writing user stories and supporting UX/UI design and development
- Experience with web and digital analytics
- API analysis and testing experience, including Postman
- Integration experience, including identity and access management solutions such as Okta
- Experience documenting workflows, business processes, and requirements
- Strong understanding of front-end digital experiences, including screen flows, field validations, wireframes, and data capture requirements
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and facilitation skills
- Ability to work with multiple 3rd party vendors/partners

Nice to have experience in any of these areas:
- Using AI to improve ways of working, or experience in AI-enabled SDLC
- Data or analytics initiatives
- Insurance platforms/processes
- Advice platforms/processes
- Benefit payments and/or binding nominations
- Working to improve processes for vulnerable customers
