About the Role
Green Light is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join a high-profile technology transformation initiative based in Sydney.

This role will focus on the design, development, and support of enterprise applications, workflows, integrations, and cloud-based solutions leveraging Microsoft technologies. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to deliver scalable, secure, and modern solutions that drive operational efficiency and business outcomes.

The successful candidate will have strong experience across the Microsoft ecosystem, including Power Platform, Azure services, automation, integrations, and cloud-based application development.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and support business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies
- Build and enhance automated workflows, reporting solutions, and digital process improvements
- Develop and maintain Azure-based integration and application services
- Support enterprise application integrations across cloud and on-premises platforms
- Build and maintain deployment pipelines and release processes
- Develop and support cloud infrastructure solutions using up-to-date deployment approaches
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and platform-related issues
- Ensure solutions align with security, governance, and operational standards
- Produce technical documentation, support guides, and solution artefacts

Required Skills & Experience

- Proven experience as a Power Platform Developer, Microsoft Developer, or similar role




- Strong experience with:
- Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI

- Experience working with Microsoft Azure services and cloud-native applications
- Knowledge of Azure integrations, APIs, and enterprise application connectivity
- Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and deployment automation
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code and cloud deployment methodologies
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience working within enterprise-scale environments

Highly Desirable:

- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Power Platform governance and Centre of Excellence (CoE) experience
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Exposure to Azure security, networking, and monitoring services
- Microsoft certifications across Power Platform, Azure, or DevOps technologies
