Grace Mobility is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Mobility Specialist to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to provide maternity leave cover.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, liaising with people at all levels of management and from culturally diverse backgrounds, while gaining exposure to companies and organisations across Australia and around the world.

The Mobility Specialist is part of a national team that delivers an extensive range of assignment management and relocation-related services to corporate clients.

Reporting to the Mobility Team Leader, the role includes:

- Supporting clients' relocating employees with the pre-departure, on-arrival and settlement activities associated with moving both internationally and domestically

- Coordinating domestic and international relocations

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and service partners

In addition to coordinating relocation activities, the Mobility Specialist maintains day-to-day responsibility for their allocated accounts, including reporting, database management and invoicing.

Client and customer service is central to the role, and successful candidates will have strong communication, decision-making, time management and problem-solving skills.

To apply for this role, you need to be able to demonstrate:

- Relocation or Assignment Management experience – preferred

- A valuable understanding of the role Human Resources plays within an organisation in relation to employee movements





- A commitment and passion for delivering outstanding customer service

- A proven ability to create, maintain and develop client relationships

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Strong verbal and written communication skills

- A proven track record of managing multiple deadlines and responding promptly and accurately to customer enquiries

- The ability to work effectively within a team environment

- Excellent organisational and administration skills

- Intermediate to advanced skills in Word and Excel

- Industry-related learning or qualifications such as TEMI, FIDI, AHRI or ERC courses would be highly regarded
