We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a strategic business transformation initiative within a leading Federal Government Agency. The successful Senior Business Analyst will lead discovery, process redesign and requirements definition activities focused on modernising key business services and supporting technology uplift initiatives. You will be offered an initial 3 month contract with the possibility of extension and receive a rewarding hourly rate.

The successful Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to:

- Leading discovery and requirements analysis activities across business transformation initiatives
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions with business and ICT teams
- Documenting current-state processes, identifying pain points and designing future-state service models
- Developing business requirements, solution options, recommendations and implementation roadmaps
- Supporting business cases,



investment proposals and executive briefing materials

The successful Senior Business Analyst will have:

- Proven experience delivering business transformation, digital service and process improvement initiatives
- Strong requirements elicitation, workshop facilitation and stakeholder engagement experience
- Experience in business process analysis, process redesign and future-state operating model development
- Experience preparing business cases, options analyses and executive-level decision support artefacts
- Experience with ServiceNow, Microsoft Power Platform, workflow or records management platforms highly regarded
