As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Store Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team to success.

Salary Range: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum

Role: Full time

Location: Orange, NSW 2800

Main Duties:

• Plan and oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.

• Manage inventory, including purchasing, stock control, and minimizing wastage.

• Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, revenue, and expense management.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve financial targets and profitability.

• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to enhance sales and brand visibility.

• Recruit, train, supervise, and assess staff to maintain a high-performing team.





• Build relationships with local suppliers, community members, and key stakeholders.

• Ensure outstanding customer service and handle feedback effectively.

• Maintain compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations within the store.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree

• At least 3 years of professional experience in a busy workplace and possess knowledge of retail industry

• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team effectively.

• Strong focus on delivering high-quality customer experiences.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

• Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities to address challenges.
