Niepe Construction is a leading civil structures subcontractor operating across WA and QLD. We specialise in bridge construction and large-scale concrete infrastructure, working with local councils and leading Tier 1 civil contractors.

Having recently secured a large structural works package in Byford, Perth, we are building an experienced team to deliver the project and are seeking:

- Carpenters

- Formworkers

- Concreters

- Crane Drivers

- Steelfixers

About you

We are looking for reliable, hardworking people who take pride in their work and contribute positively to a strong team environment.

Ideally, you will have experience in:

- Bridge structures and large-scale concrete infrastructure

- Culverts, drainage and reinforced concrete works

- Formwork, steel fixing and concrete placement

- Reading construction plans and steel schedules

- Completing works safely and to a high standard

- Following instructions and working effectively within a site team

Any Leading Hand applicants must also demonstrate experience supervising crews, coordinating daily activities and maintaining safety, quality and productivity standards.





To be considered, applicants must have:

- Relevant civil construction experience

- A current Driver’s Licence

- A valid White Card

- Relevant trade qualifications or demonstrated industry experience

- A strong commitment to workplace safety

- The ability to work reliably with limited supervision

- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
